2009 - West Chester, Pennsylvania

The project included space planning, interior finishes and design for the 20,300 SF office and 5,000 SF cafeteria. Design encompassed lobby upgrade, open plan offices, common hallway, conference rooms, board room, office break area, coffee bar lounge, visitor workspace, coffee school and cafeteria. The design concept integrated the use of a warm, rich color palette and pattern to make the office areas more inviting for prospective coffee clientele, as well as employees. Office Space Planners' scope of work included all space planning, furniture specifications, finish specifications for furniture and interiors, casework design and all associated construction documents and specifications.
