Office Space Planners provided programming, space planning and move coordination services to Davis Wright Tremaine's (DWT) law office. As part of phase I, OSP's project team was responsible for temporarily relocating the firm's law library containing 148 shelving stacks of books and 150 employee/work areas. OSP's project manager worked closely with DWT's facilities project manager and the building owner's facilities project manager, general contractor, high & low voltage contractor and building engineers. This included facilitation of move meetings, job cost estimation, space planning using Steelcase systems furniture for workstations and existing case goods for hard wall offices. A full inventory was completed of all of DWT's existing case good furniture, including the exact layout of each piece to ensure that the temporary offices would be set up exactly like the original layout.

The second phase of the project involved move coordination of the firm's 148 shelving stacks of books and 150 employee/work areas. Again, the project manager worked closely the DWT's facilities project manager and the building owner's facilities project manager, general contractor, high & low voltage contractor and building engineers.

OSP's move coordinators were on-site for a total of four weekends to complete both phases of the project.

Office Space Planners provided space planning and move coordination to consolidate California Cryobank's three office facilities in to a single office building in Southern California. The project involved reusing California Cryobank's existing furniture and additional Teknion used systems furniture. OSP completed detailed space planning and move documents to complete the project efficiently over one weekend.

Office Space Planners provided programming, as-built CAD documentation, design, space planning, furniture specifications, construction bid coordination and move coordination. The project involved the redesign of the second floor of Salesian Missions' New Rochelle, NY office. OSP was responsible for all aspects of the design and build-out of the office.

Office Space Planners provided programming, as-built services and space planning. The project involved the reorganization of Centex Homes' South Carolina office. OSP provided space plans to accommodate Centex Homes' immediate and future office needs.
